We deliver to the following countries:

Shipping
All orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day.
The choice of carrier depends on the destination country, as well as the weight, size, and content of the package. Shipping is managed by our logistics partner.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left detailing how to collect your package or arrange a new delivery, this process is managed by the carrier.

Important information
Hercule Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the customer's unavailability after multiple delivery attempts.
If a package arrives damaged or the product is not as expected, the customer must contact our customer service via the contact form within 30 days of receiving the order to obtain a return label.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a return.
Parcel not collected at the pickup point
If a package is not collected within the time frame specified by the carrier and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment.
In the event of a refund request, the refund will be made after deducting the return shipping costs incurred for returning the package.
We do our utmost to facilitate deliveries, but reshipments incur significant logistics costs. Please ensure that you collect your order within the time frame specified by the carrier.
Returns
Customers have up to 1 month after delivery to return one or more items for an exchange or refund.
Return conditions
The customer has one month after receipt to return one or more items and request an exchange or refund.*
Any item that cannot be resold (damaged, used, dirty, without packaging or tags) will be refused.
If the item received is damaged or non-compliant, return shipping fees will be refunded, provided the customer supplies photo evidence.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
**Products sold at a discount, on promotion, or in outlet stores are subject to higher return fees: €20 for mainland France and €30 for the EU, Iceland, Norway, and French overseas departments and territories.
How to make a return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you. Kindly include the date and your order number in your message. Once we receive your return request, we will get in touch with you to provide a return label, which you’ll need to print and attach to the original packaging.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 days after the returned item is received and approved.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order.
Refund amount = price of returned items – return/shipping fees (based on your region).
