What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 12pm (French time) are shipped the same day.
After shipment, delivery times vary between 3 to 5 business days, except in special circumstances. During peak periods such as sales or Christmas, delivery times may increase. This is exceptional, and we will notify you if this is the case.
How to make a return?
If you would like to make a return, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you. Please include your order date and order number. Upon receipt of your return request, we will contact you to provide you with a return label to be printed and affixed to the original box.
